About Us

We are a residential care service based in Liskeard, providing high-quality, person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Our homes are designed to be safe, supportive, and welcoming places where people are treated with dignity, respected as individuals, and supported to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

Our service is led by a Registered Manager with over 18 years’ experience in the care industry. This experience brings strong leadership, clear values, and a deep understanding of what good, compliant, and compassionate care looks like. We are committed to meeting and exceeding CQC standards, ensuring our support is safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led at all times.

Person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do. We take the time to truly understand each person’s needs, preferences, communication styles, sensory experiences, and life history. Support is carefully tailored to the individual, enabling people to make choices, develop independence, and feel in control of their daily lives. We work closely with families, advocates, and professionals to ensure support remains flexible, consistent, and reflective of each person’s changing needs.

We believe that everyone has the right to feel part of their community. We actively support people to build relationships, pursue interests, access education or employment opportunities, and take part in activities that matter to them. Our aim is not just to provide care, but to support people to live ordinary lives with purpose, connection, and confidence within the local community.

Our staff team plays a vital role in the quality of care we provide. We carefully recruit people who share our values and provide ongoing training and development to ensure they have the skills, knowledge, and confidence to deliver high-quality support. We promote a culture of kindness, respect, reflection, and continuous improvement, where people feel safe, listened to, and valued.

We are passionate about providing residential care that truly feels like home. Through strong leadership, a dedicated staff team, and a genuine commitment to person-centred practice, we strive to make a positive difference in the lives of the people we support every day.
